Partner terms

These terms are an agreement between you, a partner in the Rusti.Red partner program, and Rusti.Red ("we", "us"). Anyone with a Rusti.Red account can join from Partner program in their account; no plan is needed, and nobody approves it.

You agree to them when you join. You must be 18 or older and live in the United States.

Your place in the program belongs to your Rusti.Red login. If that login is deleted, your link and code stop working and anything not yet paid out is given up; we warn you first. If you partner from a login at a shop you work for, the shop decides whether that login stays, so you may want an account of your own.

Our Terms of service cover anything these terms do not, including "No warranties", "What we are liable for", and "Disputes and governing law". Our Privacy policy says what we keep about you.

• 50% of the list price of the plan and the extra seats each shop you send pays for, before tax, for the shop's first 12 months from its first payment. A shop that adds people or moves to a bigger plan earns you more.
• The share is of the list price, never of what the shop paid after a discount. Discounts are ours to give, and they never come out of what you earn.
• A shop counts as yours when it signs up within 60 days of last clicking your link, or types your code when it picks its plan. Once a shop is yours, it stays yours; it is never moved to another partner.
• You earn nothing on the shop your login belongs to, or on any shop that you own or run.

50% is our launch rate, and we may lower it. Each shop keeps the rate it came in at for its whole 12 months: a change applies only to shops that sign up after it, and we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Your referrals get 25% off their first 3 months, if they have never paid us before. It applies to monthly billing only, automatically through your link, or with your code at checkout.

You see each shop's name, its plan, and whether it pays. You never see its customers, its records, or its contact details.

Each payment a shop makes waits 30 days before your share of it can be paid, which covers the time a shop has to ask about a charge.

We never pay more on a shop than that shop has paid us, after card fees and the cost of its texting. When a shop's first months leave too little, the rest of your share waits and is paid from its later payments, after its 12 months too, until it is all paid. If the shop leaves before that, what is still waiting is not paid.

A refund or a lost dispute takes back your share of that payment. If you were already paid for it, the difference comes out of what you earn next.

• Payouts are made on request, from Partner program, to the bank account you set up with Stripe.
• Zero fees.
• If your account is paused for any reason, earnings are paid out once it is active again.

• Say that you are paid when someone signs up through your link, in every post, video, and message that carries it, as the FTC requires. "I get paid if you sign up with my link" is enough.
• Tell the truth about Rusti.Red, and do not promise what it does not do.
• Do not buy ads on our name, or on misspellings of it, and do not send spam.
• Do not sign up shops yourself, or have anyone sign up, only to earn a share.
• You do not speak for Rusti.Red, and you are not our employee or agent.

We do not pay on sign-ups made against these rules, and we may pause or end a partner who breaks them.

Taxes on what you earn are yours. Stripe collects your tax form when you set up payouts and sends you a 1099 when the law requires one.

We may change these terms or end the program by emailing you at least 30 days ahead. You may leave at any time by writing to us. Either way, money you have already earned is still paid as these terms say.
